Rainbow Domain - Prismatic Priests and Dazzling Druids

Heimdall an der Himmelsbrücke by Emil Doepler, via Wikimedia
What do Heimdal, Renly Baratheon, and Kermit the Frog have in common? They all know the power of rainbows.  The mystery and splendor of the rainbow has inspired countless myths across the world.  In Norse mythology, the rainbow bridge connects the realm of the gods to the realm of men.  In Judeo-Christian tradition, the rainbow is the visual sign of the pact between God and Noah never to flood the earth again.  To the Australian aborigines, the rainbow serpent is a primordial creator deity that provides both fertility and disease.  With so many divine rainbow connections, it only seems right to have the option for a rainbow domain.

And since rainbows are also natural phenomena, it also makes sense to offer the rainbow domain to druids as part of their nature bond ability.  In fact, I would be lying if I said that my original intent was not to allow the creation of terrifying rainbow-blasting druids.

The following material given in gold text is available as Open Game Content under the OGL.  Open Game Content is ©2015 Jonah Bomgaars.

Rainbow Domain
Granted Powers: You can manipulate rainbows to aid your allies or confound your foes.  In addition, you gain a bonus to saves equal to half your cleric or druid level (minimum 1) against spells such as prismatic spray, prismatic sphere, and similar spells and spell-like abilities with the word ‘prismatic’ in their name.
This domain is also available to druids who choose to take a domain rather than an animal companion.

Rainbow Glimmer (Sp): You can fill any 5-ft. square within 30 ft. with a shimmering rainbow light that clings to any creatures within it and follows them, even if they leave that square.  This spell-like ability functions as faerie fire, imposing a -20 penalty on stealth checks and preventing the target from benefiting from the concealment of darkness, blur, displacement, invisibility, or similar effects.  The rainbow glimmer persists for a number of rounds equal to half your cleric or druid level (minimum 1).  You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.

Rainbow Bridge (Su): At 8th level, once per day as a standard action, you can create a bridge of solid rainbow light that is safe to cross.  This bridge starts at one edge of the square you occupy, and is 10 ft. long per cleric or druid level, and 5 ft. wide.  At the time of creation, you can increase its width in 5 ft. increments by sacrificing 10 ft. of length.  This bridge can ascend or descend at no greater than a 45 degree angle, meaning for every 5 ft. of vertical rise (or fall) it needs 5 ft. of horizontal run, but vertical rise does not count against its total length.  The bridge persists for a number of rounds equal to half your cleric or druid level, or until you dispel it as a move action.

And, just for fun, here's a related subdomain:

Refraction Subdomain
Associated Domain: Rainbow

Replacement Power: The following granted power replaces the rainbow glimmer ability of the Rainbow Domain.

Prism Touch (Su): With a touch, you cause a single unattended object to phase out into a spectrum of intangible light-duplicates, each a different color of the rainbow.  This lasts for 1 round, during which the object cannot be manipulated and is immune to physical and energy damage.  You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.
Starting at 8th level, you can expend two uses of this ability to affect a single willing creature (and its gear).  The creature is similarly transformed into 7 different insubstantial light-duplicates of itself for one round, during which it cannot manipulate or be affected by solid objects, cannot pass through solid objects, and is immune to physical and energy damage, though it can still be the target of ranged touch attacks, gaze abilities, and other spells and spell-like abilities, and can be hit by magical weapons with the ghost-touch enhancement.  It can otherwise move and cast spells as normal.

Replacement Domain Spells: 2nd - mirror image, 3rd - displacement, 7th - ethereal jaunt

This is my first attempt at homebrewing a domain, so please comment if you feel the granted abilities or domain spell selections are inappropriate, underpowered, or overpowered!  I welcome feedback.
